Everything I can take off your plate

Six areas of work, one person accountable for all of them. Mix and match — most clients use three or four at once.

Executive & administrative support

The default reason people hire a virtual assistant: there is too much small, urgent, unglamorous work and only one of you.

I take ownership of the recurring operational load — not just individual tasks, but the systems around them. Within a few weeks the inbox has rules, the calendar has buffers, and the follow-ups happen without you remembering.

  • Inbox management, triage and drafted replies in your voice
  • Calendar management, scheduling and meeting prep
  • Travel research, booking and itineraries
  • Data entry, list building and market research
  • CRM updates, pipeline hygiene and follow-up sequences
  • Document formatting, proposals, presentations and reports

Typical first month

  • Week 1 — access, tool audit, priority list agreed
  • Week 2 — inbox rules and calendar policy in place
  • Week 3 — recurring tasks documented as SOPs
  • Week 4 — first monthly review, scope adjusted

Tools I’ll use

  • Gmail / Outlook
  • Google Calendar
  • Notion
  • ClickUp
  • HubSpot
  • Airtable

Web development & design

A virtual assistant who can actually build the thing, instead of finding you someone else to build it.

I build fast, responsive, accessible sites that you can maintain without calling a developer for every text change. For existing sites, I take on the maintenance backlog that never quite gets to the top of anyone’s list.

  • Landing pages and marketing sites, brief to launch
  • WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Squarespace builds
  • Custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript front-end work
  • Speed, SEO and accessibility clean-ups
  • Domain, DNS, hosting and SSL setup
  • Ongoing maintenance, backups and plugin updates
  • Form, analytics, pixel and integration wiring

Common projects & ballpark

  • One-page landing site — from $950, ~1 week
  • 5–7 page marketing site — from $2,400, 2–3 weeks
  • Shopify store setup — from $1,900, 2–3 weeks
  • Site rescue / speed fix — from $575, 2–4 days
  • Monthly maintenance — from $225/month

Customer support

Your customers get quick, accurate, human answers — and you get your evenings back.

I work inside your helpdesk, in your brand’s voice, against agreed response targets. Everything I learn goes into macros and a help centre so answers stay consistent whether it’s me replying or you.

  • Email, chat and social inbox coverage during business hours
  • Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, Freshdesk and Help Scout
  • Macro and canned-response libraries built from real tickets
  • Refunds, exchanges and order issue resolution
  • Escalation paths so nothing sits unanswered
  • Review and reputation responses across platforms
  • Weekly ticket themes report — what customers keep asking for

Service levels I work to

  • First response — within 4 business hours
  • Resolution target — same business day where possible
  • Escalations — flagged to you within 1 hour
  • Coverage — Wed–Sun, 8am–2pm PT as standard

Platforms

  • Zendesk
  • Intercom

E-commerce operations

The unending back-office work behind an online store, handled quietly and correctly.

Product data, orders, returns and inventory are the kind of work where small errors compound into refunds and bad reviews. I treat them with the care they deserve, and I keep a written record of how each process runs.

  • Product uploads, variants, pricing and collection management
  • Listing copy and image optimisation for search
  • Order processing, fulfilment follow-up and tracking
  • Returns, exchanges and dispute handling
  • Inventory checks and low-stock alerts
  • Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay and Amazon Seller Central
  • Store housekeeping: broken links, orphan pages, stale promos

What clients hand over first

  • Bulk product uploads before a launch
  • The returns queue nobody wants to touch
  • Seasonal collection and promo setup
  • Marketplace listing sync and clean-up

Platforms

  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce
  • Etsy
  • eBay
  • Amazon
  • Stripe
  • ShipStation

Content & social media

Consistent presence without you writing captions at midnight.

I’m not a brand strategist and won’t pretend to be. What I do is production: take your ideas, your recordings and your existing material, and turn them into a steady, scheduled output across the channels that matter to you.

  • Content calendar planning and scheduling
  • Caption writing and hashtag research
  • Repurposing long-form content into posts, clips and threads
  • Newsletter production in Mailchimp, ConvertKit or Beehiiv
  • Light graphic design in Canva and Figma
  • Basic video editing for shorts, reels and YouTube
  • Blog formatting, on-page SEO and publishing

A typical monthly output

  • 16–20 scheduled social posts
  • 4 short-form video edits
  • 2 newsletters, written and sent
  • 4 blog posts formatted and published

Tools

  • Canva
  • Figma
  • Buffer

Bookkeeping support

Clean, current books so your accountant bills you for advice instead of data entry.

To be clear: I’m a bookkeeping assistant, not a licensed accountant. I keep records tidy and current; I don’t give tax, legal or financial advice, and I don’t file returns.

  • Invoice creation, sending and payment chasing
  • Receipt capture and expense categorisation
  • Bank feed reconciliation in QuickBooks, Xero or Wave
  • Accounts payable tracking and payment scheduling
  • Monthly summaries prepared for your accountant
  • Subscription and vendor audits to cut waste

Month-end pack you receive

  • Reconciled ledger with exceptions flagged
  • Outstanding invoice and ageing list
  • Expense breakdown by category
  • Note of anything that needs your decision

Software

  • QuickBooks
  • Xero
  • Wave
  • FreshBooks
  • Stripe

Ways to work together

Three ways to hire me

Nothing here is locked in. Clients regularly start hourly, move to a retainer, then drop back down between busy seasons.

Hourly

For irregular work or a trial run. Tracked to the minute, reported weekly, billed at the end of each month.

$35 / hour · 5-hour minimum

Monthly retainer

A reserved block of hours each month at a lower effective rate, with priority on my calendar and a standing weekly report.

From $600 / month

Fixed-price project

A defined deliverable, a fixed fee and a delivery date. 50% to start, 50% on completion. Two revision rounds included.

From $950 / project

Retainer plans

Straightforward monthly pricing

All plans include a weekly written summary, documented processes, and 14-day cancellation. Unused hours roll over once.

What’s not included: third-party costs are billed at cost with your prior approval — software licences, stock imagery, hosting, domains, paid ads and similar. I never spend your money without asking first.
The process

What happens after you get in touch

1. Intro call

Twenty free minutes to understand the work, the volume and the deadlines.

2. Written proposal

Within 24 hours: scope, hours, price, start date. Nothing hidden in footnotes.

3. Onboarding

Agreement signed, secure access shared, priorities agreed, first tasks queued.

4. Steady state

Daily work, weekly summaries, monthly review to adjust what isn’t working.

Ready when you are

Not sure which service you need?

That’s normal. Describe the problem in plain language and I’ll tell you what it would take to fix — even if the answer isn’t me.
